We create a lot of educational content and resources to help farmers learn more about regenerative agriculture. We are looking for an execution-focused Marketing Assistant to help us manage our digital campaigns, distribute our content, and grow our audience of Australian farmers.

Key info:
Location: Remote (with occasional travel)
Hours: Estimated 1–2 days per week (~7.5 to 15 hours), flexible around university timetables or farm schedules.
Classification: Casual Employee
Rate: $34.00 – $40.00 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) + 12% Superannuation.
You will be assisting Teale with his marketing of Agresol, largely through organic and paid media, this includes:
Email Marketing: Building and scheduling our regular email newsletters, ensuring our educational content and program offers look great and reach our subscribers on time.
Social Media Management: Scheduling and publishing content across YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. You’ll ensure descriptions, tags, and thumbnails are polished and optimized.
Copywriting: Writing engaging social media captions, short blog posts, and promotional copy that speaks directly to farmers.
Analytics & Tracking: Keeping an eye on how our content and emails are performing, and providing simple reports on what our audience is engaging with most.
Website & CRM Admin: Making basic updates to Agresol.com.au and helping us keep our client/lead database organized.
Ag-Literate: You have a basic understanding of agriculture and how to speak to farmers.
Regen Interested: You have a genuine interest in regenerative agriculture.
Marketing Savvy: You understand digital marketing basics and are comfortable using (or quickly learning) tools like email marketing software, social media schedulers, and basic website CMS.
Autonomous: You can manage your own time, hitting weekly publishing targets without needing someone looking over your shoulder.
Ability to Learn: We will provide training on our specific marketing systems and platforms.
