We create a lot of educational content to help farmers learn more about regenerative agriculture. We are looking for an execution-focused content assistant to take our raw material and turn it into highly engaging digital assets.

Key info:

• Location: Remote (with occasional travel)
• Hours: Estimated 1–2 days per week (~7.5 to 15 hours), flexible around university timetables.
• Classification: Casual Employee
• Rate: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) + 12% Superannuation

What You’ll Be Doing

You will assist in the post-production pipeline. We shoot the raw, unedited footage and hand it over with a pre-written script. Your job is to transform it and get it out to our audience:

• Long-Form Editing: Cut between takes on our raw educational videos, cleaning up the audio, removing dead air, and overlaying text graphics and basic images.
• Short-Form Repurposing: Convert our long-form videos into short-form content for YouTube Shorts, Facebook and Instagram Reels. 
• Blog Posts: Clean up the video transcripts, then refine and edit them into highly readable, well-formatted blog posts for Agresol.com.au.
• Publishing & Scheduling: Handle the final uploads across YouTube, our website, and social channels, ensuring descriptions, tags, and thumbnails are polished.
• On-Farm Content Capture: Occasionally head out with us into the paddock to capture content during farm visits.

Requirements

• Ag-Literate: You have a basic understanding of agriculture. 
• Regen Interested: Interested in regenerative agriculture.
• Technology Literate: Ability to use technology competently.
• A Content Consumer: You naturally understand what makes a video good and understand social media.
• Autonomous: You can manage your own time, hitting weekly upload targets without needing someone looking over your shoulder.
• Ability to learn: We will provide all required social media and content training.
