What We Offer

Our consulting service is designed to provide ongoing support with direct access to Teale and the Agresol team. We work with you to develop practical, science-backed solutions that enhance soil biology, improve nutrient cycling, and maximize crop and pasture performance.

What’s Included:

• Unlimited Consultations – Whether it’s a quick text, a phone call, or a scheduled meeting, we are available to answer your questions and guide you through any challenges.
• Four Hours Per Month of On-Farm* or Remote Support – We dedicate up to four hours each month to designing, implementing, and reporting on recommendations specific to your farm’s needs.
• Free Analysis of Soil and Sap Reports – We help interpret your test results, identifying nutrient imbalances and microbial health indicators to guide effective decision-making.
• Custom Nutrition, Microbial, and Cover Crop Programs – We create farm-specific strategies to improve soil fertility, enhance microbial activity, and integrate diverse cover crops for long-term resilience.
• Exclusive Access to High-Quality, Agresol-Approved Products – We provide recommendations on trusted inputs, ensuring that you have access to the best microbial inoculants, nutritional products, and soil amendments.
• Participation in Our Reducing Nitrogen Program – We help farmers cut down on synthetic nitrogen use through targeted biological and plant-based strategies, reducing input costs while improving soil function.
• Available to All Australian Farmers – No matter where you’re located, we can work with you remotely or in-person to support your farm’s regenerative journey.
